I support women experiencing chronic symptoms like bloating, fatigue, digestive concerns, hormone imbalances, and more. If you find yourself overwhelmed with conflicting health advice and are ready for a more connected approach to healing, you’re in the right place.

Before working with me, it may be helpful to know some core beliefs that inform my practice:

  • Symptoms do not exist in isolation. The body is an intelligent and interconnected system, where digestion, hormones, energy, and the nervous system constantly influence one another. Symptoms reflect more than what is happening in a single organ or body system.

  • I do not view the mind and body as separate. Our thoughts, emotions, stress, and lived experiences are deeply woven into our physical health.

  • Rather than viewing symptoms as problems to fix, I view them as communication. Your body is constantly adapting and responding to both internal and external experiences. My goal is not to mask these symptoms, but to better understand what they may be reflecting so they can be resolved.

  • Health is not something that can be earned through perfection or strict protocols, and you will not find that here. If you are looking for quick fixes and easy answers, I am probably not the practitioner for you.

Nutrition & Lifestyle Audit $250

This is a focused starting point for clarity and direction. This is best thought of as a health and lifestyle reset. We look at what’s currently going on and simplify what to focus on next.

Includes:

  • A 60 minute intake session with review of your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals

  • A comprehensive symptom assessment to help clarify patterns across digestion, energy, hormones, and stress

  • Personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations based on your goals

  • 1 follow-up session to check in and adjust recommendations

This is a good fit if you:

  • want clear guidance without ongoing coaching support

  • prefer to implement things on your own

  • feel overwhelmed and want clarity on your next steps

  • are looking for a starting point rather than deeper exploration of patterns

8 Week Coaching Program $650

In this program we focus on what your body is currently communicating through digestion, energy, hormones, and stress patterns, and begin making grounded, realistic changes that support regulation and balance.

Includes:

  • A 90-minute intake session with review of your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals

  • A comprehensive symptom assessment to help clarify patterns across digestion, energy, hormones, and stress

  • Personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations based on your goals

  • 4 coaching sessions for on-going support and guidance (60 minutes each, every other week)

This is a good fit if you:

  • want focused support around a specific health concern

  • are dealing with symptoms that feel confusing or inconsistent

  • want guidance but not a long-term commitment

  • are ready to begin making changes but want structure and support

The Rooted Reset $1,450

This is a deeper, more supported program for long-term change.

Over four months, we go beyond symptom management and begin exploring the patterns behind your health — how stress, lived experience, emotional patterns, and physiology all interact within your body.

We move slowly and intentionally so that changes can be integrated into your day-to-day life.

This is where real shifts in self-trust and body awareness begin to happen.

Includes:

  • A 90-minute intake session with review of your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals

  • A comprehensive symptom assessment to help clarify patterns across digestion, energy, hormones, and stress

  • 8 coaching sessions for on-going support and guidance (60 minutes, every other week)

  • On-going messaging support throughout the program
